Annual Conference 2026
The next annual conference will be held at the Daniel Hotel, on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.
This year, the conference will once again be a one-day event. Last year, we tried to bring back the posters in digital format, and encountered logistical problems that were expensive to resolve, so we decided at this stage to return to a presentation-only format, some of which will be in a rapid-fire format. We still hope that in the future we will be able to incorporate poster presentations as well.
The next annual conference will be held in one hall, without parallel sessions. Therefore, we will probably have to accept only some of the papers, according to the time schedule. The scanning of the abstracts is done anonymously, and yet a great effort is made to give expression to all the laboratories and departments, without compromising the quality of the research.
The conference will also feature an extensive exhibition of supporting companies.
We are confident that the scientific activity will be fascinating and fruitful, and we look forward to your participation in the activities of the association.

Late registration from 12.2.2026 to 10.3.2026 - 500 NIS
Registration on the day of the conference - 550 NIS
Student (including postdoctoral fellows) / intern including fellows
Early registration until 11.2.2026 - 350 NIS
Late registration from 12.2.2026 to 10.3.2026 - 400 NIS
Registration on the day of the conference - 450 NIS
הנחיות להגשת תקצירים
1. מילוי כל השדות בטופס הגשת התקצירים והעלאת קובץ תקציר עפ"י הפורמט האחיד.
*בטופס הרישום תתבקשו לציין מספר חשבונית מס/קבלה עבור התשלום לכנס.
על כן יש לשלם את דמי החבר + ההרשמה לכנס טרם הגשת התקציר.
2. תקציר באנגלית בלבד, בקובץ WORD.
3. המציג- מגיש התקציר, הינו המחבר הראשון. אין אפשרות להחליף מציגים.
4. תקציר אחד בלבד כמחבר ראשון לכל מגיש.
5. בקובץ התקציר חובה להקפיד על הפורמט האחיד:
כותרת התקציר: עד 150 תווים, Standard sentence- no special capitalization.
מצורף טמפלט הגשת תקצירים.
סדר המחברים: שם פרטי, שם משפחה, ללא תארים, מספר מוסד בסוגריים לאחר שם של כל מחבר. ללא כתב עילי.
מקרא המוסדות: מספר בסוגריים [***], שם המחלקה, שם המוסד, עיר.
גוף התקציר: מטרה, שיטות, תוצאות ומסקנות. לפי הפורמט המצורף. עד 2500 תווים בכל חלק.
מועמדות AWARD CANDIDATE
חוקרים צעירים המעוניינים להגיש את מועמדותם לפרס, מתבקשים לציין זאת במערכת ההגשה בשדה הרלוונטי.
הזוכים בפרס יזכו במענק סיוע בהשתתפות בכנס ARVO ומותנה בקבלת תקציר להצגה בכינוס.
הפרס הינו אישי ואינו ניתן להעברה.
קריטריונים ל-AC:
1. מועמדים להצטיינות יוכלו להיות רק מציגי העבודה
2. מתחת לגיל 40 במועד הכנס
3. שלא זכו בפרס בכינוס ISVER בשנתיים האחרונות
*לא יוענקו יותר משני פרסים לאותו המרצה במהלך השנים.
